Usui Reiki Ryoho (Usui Reiki Healing Art) is a system for hands-on healing, self-improvement and spiritual practice developed by Mikao Usui in Japan in the early 1900s.
Reiki can be defined as a miraculous and sacred energy (essence) of the universe which sustains all life. Reiki energy is channeled through gentle touch of hands and works with balancing the seven major chakras (and minor chakras) or energetic systems of the body. Reiki treatments can assist the mind and body return to a natural balance, leading to a restorative and healing state. The treatments are very gentle and non intrusive, requiring only your intention and openness to receiving energy.
For either energy therapies, clients can experience many varied effects from peace of mind to emotional balance. Energy will go where energy is needed in the entirety of your physical and ethereal body. All you need to do is relax and hold the space with your intention to heal. For some, energy blockages will shift or clear during the session. If this happens, you are in the gentlest hands. My calmness and comfort with energy in conjunction with my social work background, I can supportively guide you through the "release". There may be tears. Tears are most welcome as they are your body's way of saying I am letting go. For others, there will be peace and calm. I encourage clients to have no expectations except to just arrive with an open heart.
Although I am sometimes guided to share things or may intuitively receive an image, impression or word, this is not a psychic reading.

Divinity Healing Session
50 - 60 minutes plus brief post sharing
Divinity Healing is an intuitive energy healing experience, accessing psychic channeling throughout the session. The channelled healing session accesses you on a soul level. Through the session, I will connect with your energy and Spirit, accessing energetic information that supports your healing. Throughout the session, if anything comes up, I will share it with you and expand if needed for purposes of healing.
Through a deeper process of tuning into your energy, I will listen and guide you to a deepening connection to yourself.
How does this healing differ from the 60 minute Reiki healing session?
Reiki healing is utlizing a specific system of energy: Usui Reiki. With Divinity Healing sessions, I am tapping into a deeper source of energy intutively. The session is more interactice with you as I tune in, release and align with you as an active particpant. If you wish a quiet healing session, I would invite you to book a Reiki session.
